等离子体固废气化项目是中心与吉天师能源科技(上海)加拿大28(GTS)合作开发的科研工程项目,该项目应用了目前国际上最先进的等离子体高温(约3000-5000度)气化技术。

Plasma solid waste gasification project is the scientific research project cooperated between Shanghai Solid Waste Disposal Center and GTS Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The project uses the most advanced plasma high-temperature gasification technology (approximately 3000 to 5000 Celsius).

处置对象:固体废弃物、医疗废弃物,工业危险废弃物和垃圾焚烧飞灰

处置能力为:30t/天。

Treatment object: Solid waste medical waste, industrial waste, hazardous waste and incineration fly ash.

Capacity: 30t/day.

与传统焚烧处理的最大不同点是,处理过程生成的合成气和余热回收的蒸汽被高效利用发电,系统的最终排放是完全无毒无害的玻璃体渣,可以直接用于建材或者制成其它更高价值的副产品。

The major difference between plasma gasification and traditional incineration treatment is during the treatment process, the syngas and heat recovery can be efficiently used for power generation and the final emissions from the system is non-toxic and harmless vitreous slag whichPlasma torch can be directly used as building material or other high-value byproducts.
